  1. FastFox has not been tested with DocQScribe, but as we do have a free trial available, you can check for yourself at no risk. It will probably work.
  2. Do you have multiple drives? When recovering files Orion defaults to putting them on a different drive than the one they are from. (recovering this way is more reliable and slightly faster.) If you merely selected a folder on the default destination drive, then the files may well be in the right folder, but not on the drive you thought they were. If you don't have multiple drives, or if the files aren't in the named folder on any drive, then please provide more information about exactly what actions you took so that I can look more closely at what the problem is. Thank you.
  3. The free version does indeed stay free indefinately. If you wouldn't mind answering a few questions, I'll see what I can do to help you. Does it do this for all files? Or just one? Is this a newly acquired file? If you could post a screenshot of the screen asking for the code it will also help.
  4. Greetings Everyone, We apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing, and are working on a solution. Any information you are willing and able to provide about the computers on which this problem is occurring would be much appreciated. If anyone experiencing this bug is willing to install a debug version and send in a trace file, it would help tremendously. If you would like to help in this manner, please let me know. Also, while we are attempting to fix the problem, it will probably help you to know that when MEO is run as a command line tool it does not have this problem. I know it's not quite as convenient, but at least you can get your data.
