  1. Jessica from email support sent me another link for the program. Figured it was the same as the other two links I got yesterday from her and you but this time I installed differently. Quit out of everything and put the application in the trash. Restarted the Mac and installed the app followed by repairing permissions and a restart of Mac. Finally got it working!!!!! I still cant get phone support. When I put in my code in the US support number it says that it's invalid. The code I got has numbers first followed by letters. What exactly should I be inputing to reach a human?

  3. I got an email this morning from Jessica with a link for a new download which I did and still have the same issue. My OS is 10.7.4 not 10.8 though. I'll try again in case there were some updates done between this morning and this afternoon. Anything else I can do internally? Anything else I can trash and not loose the 20 invoices I've made so far?
  4. I reinstalled the program but the problem remains. Any suggestions?
  5. Express Accounts 4.58 for Mac is crashing everything I hit the Preferences icon. I restarted my Mac and still have the same problem. Was looking if there was any pref file in Libraries to detele but nothing. Any ideas what to do?
