I'm a newbie to this forum. Having just purchased a copy of Switch I attempted to convert a .aiff file to .mp3. No luck. However, after I shut off my MAC and rebooted, it converted the first batch, after that it wouldn't convert this type of file format (.aiff) any longer. What could be the problem? This is really getting frustrating. Help!! Gwaredd
