I am having the same problem ... getting the Empty password error message when a password is entered. Did anyone ever get a solution to this problem? If so, any help would be appreciated. thanks
I have the same problem - won't decrypt a file created from a previous version or the new version - "Empty passwords are not allowed"..nice...running Windows 7, 64-bit - support contacted me once about a week ago but never responded to my reply.
