what is my ticket id?

recently purchased dial dictate with gold technical support and installed Dial Dictate. It seemed to be working fine the first day or so, but now it continuously drops the calls within 40 sec.. This is costing me money!!!!! and also i tested our telephone line and modem but no any issue found and having great problems with Dial Dictate and REALLY need help with this issue. Also kindly give me the customer care no.so i can easily troubleshoot my problems.
