Hello Everyone We are trying to move from VOIP to PSTN lines and we recently purchased the dialogic card - D/240SC-T1 the problem we are having is that it doesn't work with dial dicate yet. it's working with other IVR applications that use TAPI so i was wondering if we did anything wrong. Dial Dicate detects all 24 lines and i have entered the phone numbers in the configuration screen as well. when we dial the numbers dial dictate does not pick up, i looked through the help file and on the website guide and everything matched up. also when i run dial dicate after the system restart it starts up okay, but if i change some setting in the PSTN line screen, close it and try to start it again, it just hangs up. any ideas? Help is greatly appreciated Thank You

hello all, we have been using dial dicate for almost 8 months now and haven't had problem with it until now. one of the doctors' files are having a lot of gaps when they hit the rewind button to listen. even after they finish and send the file. there are too many gaps. any ideas? Thank You!
