We're having an issue with the URL set up for Web Dictate. I enabled external access to the Web Dictate UI, but our ISP blocks port 83, the default. And they're being obstinent about opening it up. Any time the server loses power, I have to go into Web Dictate and reconfigure the port from 83 to 80. But come power loss again, it's back to 83. Is there any way to permanently change the default port to 80? I tried searching for some .ini file that is used but don't see anything.
