Hello, is there a way to change the remote display name of the incoming calls? How can i check, from express talk, from which line the call is arriving? Thank you

Hello, thank you for this great product. I'm still having a trouble. In the log file (or ODBC) the transfered call aren't present. Is there a way to know the duration of transfered calls? Thank you very much
