So a month later and no answer! Did I do an inadequate job of describing the requirements? Or are my requirements something nobody has done using VRS Recording and Way2Call? Is this the right forum for getting support answers from NCH? If not please help me understand what I should be doing to get my support questions answered. Thanks
I am investigating whether VRS can use Way2Call Desktop Pro to automatically record DTMF, and caller ID for both inbound and outbound calls handled by a parrallel phone. I would like the application to record automatically all incoming and outgoing calls, complete with number dialed or caller ID. Will Way2Call Desktop Pro and VRS accomplish this? Thanks!
