good grief does nobody participate on this forum?

I am brand new to the forum and the software. I made a 'test' slideshow and was able to sync the audio to the pictures, and chose 'fade' as the transition effect. The problem is when i play back the slideshow, the transitions between the slides are sort of abrupt. I definitely want the audio to be perfectly synced but wondering if the 'stretch to fit' is affecting the smoothness of the transition. I honestly don't know the right 'formula' to add to the options and other than this minor problem i seem to have it working well. Any speedy help would be GREAT! THANKS in advance

I am new to this software and this forum but i noticed a huge difference in the playback quality depending on what i used to view the slideshow. If i saved as an mp4 it played nicely in realplayer and quicktime but in other software it was choppy/messy as you describe. I hope you figured it out. I won't buy the premium version till i figure out how to make it work more consistently.
