Following on from my previous thread. Is the lack of customer support normal for this company. The clock is almost out of time on their promised 48 hour reply.

Hi, I've just bought VideoPad, about an hour ago. Anyway when I try to register it I'm being told I've tried to install it too many time WTF? No I haven't! Is this a common thing to happen? I have contacted NCH and am awaiting a reply, if you've had this trouble was it fixed without issues. thanks. Mark.
