hi nat. i the file types are in .wmv format, i have tried converting them to .avi using prism video converter, but an undescribed error keeps occuring. and thanks for explaining the transitions. regards, Mike

your timeline in the software may be backwards. if not then i dont know.

hi, I am fairly new to NHC's software Video-pad Video Editor professional 2.41, and I have a few problems. I mainly use this software to edit & design videos around Xbox and PS3. (forza Motorsport3 & call of duty MW2) 1. when I try to add a video to the library on video-pad, it keeps coming up with an error saying could not open file (after it says decoding file). is this something to do with my computer or is it the software? 2. how do I edit transitions from video - video? I love this software and would like to keep using it for future use, it would be a massive waste if I hadn't have heard about it and if i hadn't used it. thanks for reading and please can you help me resolve this situation.. regards, Mike_Mro
