Hi All, I'm new to this COPPER POS Software. i wonder if anyone of your could help me. Few question below : 1. generate new transaction is eazy . but if customer wanted to refund ? how do i process? 2. Sales person - Authority to give discount ? Please help. Regards, Vincent
