    Hello, I love the product, BUT I've got a problem with my Photostage W SOME OF THE TRANSITIONS, THE SHATTER. AND THE FLIP AND SPIN EFFECTS. The frames are white, Blank!!! Everything works perfect up to a thru the preview of the slide show. When I save to file to burn to disc then play from file or burned disc, Im getting white out frames w/ shatter transitions,, spin and flip effects. The rest of the slide show plays great after edits and saved. Ive made several versions with the same outcome. I've re edited and started from scratch with the same outcome. Everything worked fine during trial period. What am I not doing right. ANY HELP OUT THERE!!! Its a 35th HS reunion slideshow for my sister. I was hopn to surprise her two weeks ago!!

    HornerM I use NTSC RESOLUTION FORMAT 1280 X 720.D-VHS, HD DVD,BLUERAY, HD(miniDV) I have a SONY DVD/VIDEO PROGRESSIVE SCAN/DVD+RW/+R/-RW/-R PLAYBACK HARDWARE. IM ABLE TO PLAY THE VARIOUS FORMAT DISC WITH THIS PLAYER.
