My issue has to do with where the cache files go. For example, everytime I run a 200mb video file through ftp, I notice that amount of space is gone from my local hard drive. How do I recover the used space on mac?
More specifically, I double clicked on the video files on the ftp nas hard drive. I know I could solve this problem by copying the files so that I know where they are for deletion. But I'd still like to know how I could recover the space on my local drive for the space i've already lost. Thanks all!
