I have been looking for systems and software to use to start up a UK based telephone answering business. Whilst I am quite IT savvy this area is quite new to me and googling is just so confusing with all the info that comes up so can somebody set me off in the right direction? From the little I have read it seems like the answer to my question is yes, but I can't be sure. Can I use/configure Axon software to use for/as a telephone answering switchboard service for my customers (will be answered by a real person, not a recorded message). If the answer is yes, then I'll proceed to immerse myself in the volumes of information I need to do this.
