  1. Hello there, I am a long-time express-scribe user and have never had a problem plugging in a USB pedal and having it work right away after running the Wizard. However, I got a hand-me-down IN-DVIUSB infinity pedal, previous owner swears it worked with express scribe for her, and so now I am trying to figure out what is going wrong here. After investigating on the forum and internet, I found some suggestions, have applied all of them, with no results. I installed the most recent version of express scribe as well. I installed the vecusb.dll into my express scribe folder, as per one forum entry. no luck. When I pull up the list of plug and play devices, it says "no plug and play devices detected." I am not even able to see USB Infinity option to select as a "port." On the Legacy tab, there are no USB options there, only serial. I have tried the pedal on 4 different computers, with Windows XP, Vista and 7-- nothing works. Please let me know if there is something I am missing here! Thanks in advance
