I am a new mac user. I just got my beautiful new mac delivered today. I'm also a heavy Express Scribe user and use it heaps daily. I am still waiting for my new software MS Office for Mac to arrive as I like using Word and like how Word 2010 in Windows posts to my Wordpress blog real easy. But I was using the Mac application 'Text Editor' and the hotkeys weren't working. Will they only work if I'm using Word? I clicked on 'Preferences' and tried to set them up to no avail. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
