I need to be able to use new transcription technology. I had the person who's dictating, download Express Dictate. I have Express Scribe. My dictator tells me that she dictated and sent it via my email but I didn't receive it. Where should I receive it and how? I am going to need to be walked thru this. Can anyone help?
