Can someone help me I am new to this software so far I think its not bad for the money but I cant work out how set up the fax gateway.

Hi new to express accounts I have got the email function to work but the fax I cant work it out where am I going wrong does anyone know how to set up the fax gateway which doesnt seem to work and has little info in the way of setting it up correctly
