  1. I have merged multiple existing pdf files into a single 230-page text, but the margins are not maintained, and there seems to be no way to set tabs or margins.
  2. I have merged many separate chapters which I saved to pdf, and have begun to edit the full-length text. However, Whenever I add a few new words into a given line, the following line is pushed way out of the left margin, sometimes so far that I can't see it all. My "tab" key does nothing, and I have to use my space bar to realign it. As I have 250 pages ahead of me on this book, the thought of continually having to push a line to where the left margin should be is daunting. Is there a means of setting up margins in the "Text Edit" mode? Many thanks for any help.
  3. This program was working fine. I paid fifty bucks for it, and after four days it has begun crashing all the time. I am creating music suites (adding excerpts onto ecerpts using cross-fades) and this was working fine until just yesterday. Now, in the middle of my projects, I get "Word Pad has stopped working..." and I lose my last edit. I have tried re-booting, having no other programs running, etc. but the problem continues. I want to scream. Help...?
  4. I am used to the Sound Forge program, which came bundled with my old computer. Wave Pad has many similar features, so I am not struggling from ground zero here. But there are a few that I cannot seem to find. One is that, with S.F., I was able to highlight one channel or the other and separately adjust volume or equalization. Can this be done in Wave Pad? I'll save other questions for later. I'm a newbie, as you probably gathered. Thanks for any help!
