I have been using MT interactive software for transcription, but it does not have the many available options that would be appreciated. I downloaded Express Scribe, imported my same transcription, and was shocked at the quality of sound. It echoes! Is that normal? I browsed through all the preferences to try and make adjustments. Nothing changed. The same dictation did not echoe on the MT interactive software. Maybe the free version of ES echoes and the paid version does not?? I really wanted to try it out, but the sound quality made it annoying to even try and transcribe. Thanks for any information you can give me on the sound quality of Express Scribe.
