In the newest updated version of Express Scribe cannot get to where you check or uncheck types of files to load. Cannot get .AVI file to load. Tried every help subject, every pulldown, etc. Starts to load and then hits an error Video file open failed. I don't even WANT the video-need the audio for work transcribed asap. the old version had a pull down where you could check or uncheck file types. CANNOT FIND IT HERE! PLEASE HELP ASAP
