Hi, I've been trying to find an alternative for adding text into my video without using an overlay track. Preferably onto a blank image, similar to Windows Movie Maker because it's real easy to work with and when you add effects to those images it adds the effect to the text as well. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks! - AM

Hi, Does anybody think they could help me with this? I've seen threads on the subject previously, but none were answered. After completely finishing my project on the program, I click the "Save Movie button, go through the dialog box (Preset: Custom, File Format: .avi, Resolution: 1280 x 720 - HD 720p, Frame Rate: 25) and save the file under my videos. When I go to playback the video, it only plays the sound and where the video should be is the variety of colorful sequences that Windows Media Player offers when listening to music. Again, I'm still a beginner to this program and video editing in general so any help would be great! Thanks! - AM

Alright cool! Thanks a lot man! I have just one more question for you... I finished my project with everything in sync (using MPEG2 files for the time being) and I save it under my videos, but when I go to play it back it's only sound that's playing. Any suggestions? - AM

Thank you! So, are you saying I should convert all of my MPEG4 clips into MPEG2 clips? If so, what is the best codec/audio and video bitrate/clip size to use for the best quality? Is that the easiest way? Sorry about all the questions. I am also fairly new at video editing in general. - AM

Hi, Just a quick notice, I am fairly new to this program and am not fully aware of how it works specifically or all of the functions it holds yet. So if you could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. After adding a MP4 clip (around 31 seconds long) into the timeline and watching it play through, I begin to see either the video lagging or the sound leading. When the clip starts everything matches up perfectly, but as it continues to play the problem seems to be getting worse and worse and it's been very irritating. Is there a solution to this? Thanks! - AM
