I have a doctor that I am transcribing for that I load his sound files in and transcribe manually. I have windows 7 speech recognition software on my computer. How do I configure express scribe to covert the sound file to text using the windows 7 speech recognition? I have enabled the speech recognition in windows but I want it to "listen" and transcribe the sound file itself not what I am saying but what the doctor says on the file? Any help is MUCH appreciated!! Thanks!
