I downloaded the trial version and it seemed to work fairly well. After purchasing the product I keep running into different problems and have been unable to make DVDs. The line levels on audio peak out and all I get is loud distortion. This occurs in both importing video from tape or direct recording from video camera. Sometimes the software won't recognize my DVC and just shows a web camera. Video quality also is deteriorated. It is recording in a mpg4 format. What can I do to fix this? Is anyone else having these issues?
