hello. i am using version 5.03 of IVM answering attendant. I have a zoom 3030 modem. I have played with the settings for days and cannot hear the OGM over the phone when i call in to test. The software picks up the line after 2 rings like it should but i hear no message. i do, however, hear the message when i click the simulator button. the modem IS listed in the telephony tab under settings. the modem came with a cheaper software answering machine and that works fine. i can hear the message when i use that software (called "Communicate!"). but i still cannot hear anything when i use IVM. this software has all the features i need. but this is stopping me from buying the full version. i have a windows xp machine. thanks for any suggestions. adam
