Hi, I've just baught EI after susing it before. The web version was working yesterday but now it wont... It is on the local network and I'm not sure how to get it back on. Can anybody help me with this? It's installed on my desctop computer but when im in the office downstairs on my laptop it now seems not to work... Thanks, Ben

Hi All.. Is it possible to change the Discount column from % to currency. so We can enter an amount rather than a percentage? Also when i type the name of a customer in the invoice it doesn't let you select it... is there a fix for this? Thanks Guys! Will look forward to your replies..

Hey, have you sorted your issue with printing recipts? if not, If you look on the left hand side under the invoices tab and click create qucik transaction, that wi what your looking for, then you can set the optopn ot have afull recirt like in the foramt of an invoice or print a small invoice like what you get in a shop. Hope this helps, let me know how you get on Ben

Hey all! Is there a way I can print Delivery / Packing Slip? Used to use Kbilling and they did them, not sure if EI does, if not would it be aded to a new release? Let me know Thanks

Hey Me again... just getting to grips with the software. My old company used to have two computers (not connected to the internet) that ran sage accounts, both computers could access it and when one made any changes it appeared on the other and vice versa. is there any way I could do this weith PC and MAC? so in affect it would be like using the web version but software based on mac and pc Pleas help guys, i need the help and support. Hey All... I've installed my copy etc but the web access wont work... it works on the computers connected to my router Buy i want my business partner to access it from his home. how do i do it?
