I purchased WavePad Master's Edition about a month ago. I had a hard time getting the registration form to accept my ID and Key. I thought I eventually did, but I must not have because I am unable to get the regions feature to work. I contacted Tech Support and was very pleased when they responded. They sent me a new Key to use. They said my other had expired. I was so happy. When I tried to use that one, it too was refused in the registration form. I am very discouraged. I contacted them again and got an automatic response that I have no Tech support. I did not purchase Tech support, but think I should at least get through the registration process. Seems like I wasted my money!! If anyone can help me, I would most appreciate it. Barbie

This is the problem I am having. Can anyone help with this? I didn't get as far as this user did, but I purchased this program and expect it to carry out this function. Can anyone help? Windows XP SPII WavePad v. 3.05

I am new to this but I think I did what you want by using "Switch." This is another NCH program. I converted an WMP file to an mp3 file. It was much smaller.

Hi, Rachel. I, too, am a new user. I was unable to use the program after the free trial. I decided to go ahead and purchase. Now I am having trouble using regions and am on here looking for solutions. Barbie

I would like to know how to do the same thing. Would this be the same as using "Regions?"
