  1. I have Axon installed on a server that has multiple public IP's assigned to it. I've configured Axon to use one of them (not the first IP on the NIC), and Axon ignores this and takes the first two IP's on the NIC as Private and Public, respectively. Oddly, to connect to Axon from my HT503, it works for the IP that Axon has picked for its Private IP, not the Public one. Neither of these IP's are what I set in Static IP. UPNP and STUN are both turned off.

Additionally, I have Axon's Internal Voicemail enabled, and it registers extensions 500 and 501 at 127.0.0.1 instead of using any public IP. When I call another extension from my HT503 and it tries to go to voicemail, the call disconnects in 2 seconds and nothing is recorded.

Static IP I set was 65.111.244.13 which is the 6th or 7th IP on the NIC

IP 65.111.244.8 is the first IP on the NIC

IP 65.111.244.6 is the second IP on the NIC

Somebody fix that problem? It look like I have the same issue

  2. I've been testing the demo version of IVM. Seems to work great with one exception. I'm behind a wirewall and I am trying to use the "Use Static IP address and static mapped ports" within the VoIP setup. It seems to register my local network IP despite filling in the static IP information. Using uPNP and STUN to find the external returns the same result. From the log it seems to think that it is a direct connection and ignors the manual settings. Any help??

I have the same problem except that I want to use my local network IP (via a VPN)...Did you fixed it?

  3. Has anyone determined a method to force Express Talk to use a specific network interface only? I am having this exact same issue using software called Hamachi on the same machine as Express Talk. I tries to use the Hamachi network interface which will not function properly. If I disable Hamachi completely, Express Talk works perfectly, but as soon as I re-enable Hamachi, it reverts back to that interface and stops working again.

    Thanks,

    Rob

This is a old problem but we have the same problem. Our express Talk is connected thru a VPN so we have 2 IPs on the computer a "public" and a "private"(with the VPN) one.

For any reason, when the Express talk want to be registed, Express talk use the "public" ip that doesn't work. We force the private IP in the Static IP section and Express Talk never use it.

Somebody knows how to fix that?

We have to another problem where the connexion on the 5070 port failed (15% of the time it failed) ( I think it is a firewall issue) but do you know how to force Express talk to loop to another port until it get one who work? Because we change the port and the connection works.

Thanks for your time and help
