Hello. I am also having great difficulty with Web Access. It works perfect over the LAN, but can not access from other computers over the internet (not on the LAN). I have done as the manual instructs, double checked my public/private ip addresses, tried both ip's (internet only, (LAN isn't the problem) just to be sure. Is there something I am missing in the set-up for internet web access? Cheers!
