  1. Im very confused with how this software works. One minute ivm will pick up and read the prompts, then 2 seconds go by and now it just rings for an eternity and wont answer. This is what log shows: Incoming SIP call Ringing on Line 198 detected. Waiting until ring number 2. VoIP Call Attendant 198 [Not Answered] Ive double checked all my settings, deactivated after hours even though it just answered calls a second ago. Ive tried calling from multiple phone numbers and i get the same response in the log. Even tried dialing it direct from Express Talk BE and still get nothing but it ringing forever. Anyone else run into this problem before? If so how might i fix this because our phone system is very vital, and having to resort to our standard voip answering machine is kind of making our customers upset.
