Where are the direct x plugins on my hard drive? I just installed AIFX Warm Tone and it doesn't appear in the list of direct x effects in wavepad. It is located in my programs file under AIFX, but wavepad doesn't seem to find it.

When I slow the speed to, say, 60%, the program (new version) cuts off the last bit of the wave (sound). The previous version didn't do this. Is there a setting I can change to fix this?

I like the product, but unless I can get a simple answer from

someone at NCH in regard to why the VST effects have a

blockout panel over them, I'd either have to assume it's

a non-functional item, or requires registration.

 

Considering there is no unpaid customer support, and I

am willing to pay for the product, if it works as advertised

I'd advise a response, or you lose a potential customer.

 

Barring a reponse,  I'd HAVE TO assume non-functionality, and

not purchase it.

My problem is worse. When I try to use vst plugins, I tell the program which directory the plugin resides (wavepad vst plugin folder) and it recognizes it. But, when I try to use the settings, wavepad crashes. I have e-mailed Craig and hope he can fix this for me.
