  1. Hi, Has anyone encountered this type of problem? When my users punch-in their access codes the first time, Dial Dictate returns an error saying "Your access code is invalid ...." The second time their enter it, it accepts it. I looked at my log files and saw that Dial Dictate adds "1" in fron of the access codes the first time they call in. Example: for user 9999 it adds "1" so it becomes 19999. But since that's not in the user list, it returns an error. The next time the user punches in 9999, it doesnt add the "1" and DD accepts it. It only started doing this a few weeks ago. It used to be just fine. Thanks, Jonas
  2. Hello there, My problem is with Intel Dialogic DMV160LP not functioning with Dial Dictate. We have just bought an Intel Dialogic DMV160LP and intalled it on a Server that's running Windows 2003 R2. Additionaly, we have purchased Service Release 5.1.1/FP1. This is what has been done so far... 1. I have installed the hardware 2. Have the PSTN Lines plugged in at the back with RJ25s. 3. Have installed Service Release 5.1.1 (base install) 4. Installed Service Update 106 with SP1 and FP1. 5. Have configured the TAPI and Wave settings as posted on the NCH Tech Supp website. Current Status... 1. I am able to start the Dialogic Board. 2. When dialling to the PSTN lines, Dialdictate answers the call but doesnt play any voice prompts and doesnt accept telephone keys/commands. Any tips on how to get this to work? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks! Jonas
