sinexec

Hi everyone, I've tried installing Sound Tap 1.40 on a Windows XP Professional, SP 2. However, the installation comes back with "Unable to Install Driver... Contact support". I've followed the directions at http://www.nch.com.au/kb/10076.html and the selection was on "Warn" so I didn't have to change it. Any suggestions as to what else I might try?
