Dial Dictate is costing me money. I've installed it changed the Call Detection to 500 ms and raised it 2000; lowered the DTMF to 150; selected and unselected the "end-of-call" options and this software still drops the call. No it's not the hardware it was working just until I changed to Dial Dictate. I am using a Dialogic D/41JCT/LS and it worked perfectly with the old software, why did I upgrade? The vendor wanted $5700 for continued maintenance. Now I've seen where many have worked through this, I really need some help here. I've five hours tweaking and can't record more than 3 seconds and that doesn't even create a file that shows a recording started. the log only shows that the call was answered, please help!
