Hello. I am currently converting a dvd content to MP4 format so that it can be played in my ipod. However, when i sync my ipod to my itunes library, they say that the mp4 file cannot be played on the ipod. My ipod is the latest generation ipod classic (black). Why is this so? I thought after purchasing this software, i would be able to convert all videos and store them into my ipod. Please help! Thanks. P/S: Can anyone give me an explanation or help me?? Thanks!!!
