Definately look at the firewall on your modem/router. As internal transfers are fine, you know that its not an internal firewall. only thing left is the router/modem.

I´ve Nated 5060 and 5061 Sip ports to AxonPBX

I´ve Nated 5000-51000 RTP ports to AxonPBX (Axon RTP ports are those)

Have I to do anything more?

Hi, I have Axon 2.02 with Linksys SPA941. When a external call is incoming, after answer I can´t transfer to other extension.

It dóesn´t occurs transfering between internal extensions.
