I downloaded the Express Accounts and while browsing through it I came across a reference to an "Out of balance" amount. Why is it there and why is it necessary? Must the journal entries balance before they can be "posted" Must the G\L be balanced at all times? Is the data base that unstable that this happens (becomes unbalanced) Thanks Bill
