We purchased an Enterprise version of this software and are having a horrible time. We replaced our version 3.05 with the trial version of 3.07 - but that didn't solve our problems. When we went back to 3.05 our registration info comes up as "Expired or Invalid" We can't reach anyone at NCH, and our emails are going unanswered. We need help big time. Is this lack of support a common problem?
