  1. As long as your USB port recognizes your device (example - when I plug my headset into the USB, the computer recognizes as 'Logitech USB Headset'), then so should the program. Try setting the record device as Mic. That worked for me.
  2. When I first tried the program, I was not recording although the program looked like it was. I found I had to go back into the settings and try a few different choices. Ultimately, I just clicked on Mic and the Logitech headset worked both in record and playback. So it may just be in the record settings. Try a few different choices other than what you think the right one is. You may solve the problem.
