  1. Help please. We run a virtual office and allocate individual SIP accounts to our customers who then use these numbers as their business phone numbers. We would like to use Axon to answer these calls in our office but we need to be able to identify the particular SIP account that is ringing into the office. At the moment we only see the actual phone number of the caller, not the SIP account details, and therefore we don't know in which companies name to answer the call. If we play around with IVM as a standalone product and register a SIP account with this product it does show the SIP details but Axon and Express Talk don't appear to. Does anyone know an answer to help us see the SIP details? Incidentally the ability to see the telephone number of the person generating the call is only a nice to have and if we have to loose this to see the SIP details that would be fine. Any help would be gratefully recieved. Thanks Nick
  2. Hi John Did you get anywhere with this enquiry? We run a business very similar to yours but in Yorkshire. We have the identical problem, if you have a fix we would be grateful if you could let us know. Thanks Nick
