Having the same problem. I have contacted support and will let you know what their response is.

I have set up the software with an account so my salesperson can enter invoices. However she cannot log in over the web... the browser cannot find the page "http://myIPaddress:port". The message just says "web page not found". How can she access my computer/software remotely? I have set up my firewall to allow access by other users via the specified port.
