Hello together, i installed Axon today and everythings seems working well. Only prob is when i configure the ivm Answering Assistant. I take your example and say that when user press "1" than transfer call to an external number with blind transfer. So the external phone will ringing, but when i go on phone, i just hear a lot of beeps, like fax signals. I can talk with the person on phone, but the beep disturbs. When i try to transfer to an external number only with AXON, not IVM than everything works good. Hmm? Can you please help me!
