I had 2 of them working just fine untill the trial date, now they will only work internal, I can dial out, but not receive from outside. It says 404 not found, yet if i use the soft phone, it will do both??

Just make sure to set the proxy address to what your Axon is on, and set up the extenion on the phone. your 7961 has what firmware on it? I am running P0S3-08-8-00 on 2- 7960 cisco phones.
