Hi, I have an ISP (iinet), I have a Belkin VoIP modem (supports two VoIP lines). Normal phones are phsyically attached to the ADSL modem at the back. I have two VoIP lines. All works great. I am looking for some software that will allow attendant options (eg. press 1 for support, and then will ring the phone on the VoIP modem) which I am hoping IVM will do. Can this be done with your software? If so how do you set up it, the software appears very complex? This is all I have for the VoIP lines registration: Phone Number: xxx Phone Password: xxx SIP Domain: iinetphone.iinet.net.au SIP Server: sip.qld.iinet.net.au Preferred Codec Order: G729, G711ulaw, G711alaw SIP Re-registration Interval: 300 seconds DNS: Use SRV records If this is possible, can I have step by step instructions on how to setup (as there doesn't appear to be any wizards that step through this scenario)?
