Hi Forum Members: Would like to know if Switch Plus will allow you to convert .ra/.rm formats to mp3. Do you have to add any additional codecs in order for this to work. If so what? Also, does Switch uses LAME as its mp3 codecs? The fact sheet does not provide this information. I've tried doing a search for this subject but the search feature will only allow four characters, therefore, you cannot search for any format within the forums. Less than four characters???? Hi Forum Members: I'm new to this forum and would like to know what encoders are used in Switch for converting ra, ram, rm to mp3. Does it use LAME encoders for the mp3 and are they included. Secondly, does the paid version come with the real audio or real media encoders or do you have install the Real Player or the Alternative Player? I noticed that the free version didn't include the codecs for real audio or media? Great appreciate the information and help, thanks, katydidit P.S. It would be nice if we could ask these pre-sales technical questions but there doesn't seem to a way of contacting support for this information.
