  1. That's not true -- the reason why you can't listen while recording is because the "line in" volume is set to mute. Unmute it and you'll be able to hear everything.
  2. Unfortunately, searching through my entire hard drive yielded nothing. However, after manually looking through folders and through the program menu, I figured out where they were stored in a much easier way. Just go to view > view recordings folder and I was automatically directed to the hidden folder you mentioned above, where I found all the split files I just created. But thanks anyway for your help!
  3. Hi, I'm a new Golden Records user and I just started converting my cassettes to mp3s. I converted one entire side of a cassette and then split the songs afterwards, but only the original unsplit file was saved to my hard drive. How can I get the split files each containing an individual, complete song to be saved on my hard drive so that I can later listen to it on my computer's default media player? (I use iTunes). Thanks in advance.
