Hi, I have successfully make outbound call from X-Lite on my computer to Axon to Grandstream FXO Gateway to PSTN.
It is actually very simple.
1) create extension ID or using the default 101 - 110 and login to Axon with X-Lite or your IP-Phone
2) create external lines with a user id and password, then login to Axon with your FXO gateway. Once connected, you should see it say "registered" on your gateway.
3) create dailing plans and select the dail on line where your just created on step 2.
4) you should be able to make call to PSTN now.

Or is there any dial plan for incoming?
-
Hi
I have a Grandstream 4108 FXO Gateway connected to Axon and using X-Lite on my computer. I have no problem making outbound call to PSTN, but when I call from the PSTN, Axon prompted that "Incoming call failed" and "Unable to find any lines with the ID "101" or extensions with the ID "unkonwn"".
But I have registered my x-Lite with the ID 101. Why Axon still saying cannot find the extension?
Is there anything I missed for the configuration?

Until now I am still can only using sinle line. What the Fxxk is the point to buy the Enterprise License
Young1: Do you have the same problem using multi-line?

IVM and CAHTA
in IVM
I would like to update everyone as I found that the NCH technical support on the web suggested to use the very old version of driver 4.7.2.0 for CAHTA card. I contact Synway and they email me this old driver, and then I tried this. The result is the same. They also suggested not to use driver version 4.7.3.0 as there is a problem working with IVM.
Anyway, they said 4.7.2.0 was fully tested and work well with IVM
What the Fxxk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NCH please refund me the MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!

IVM and CAHTA
in IVM
I tried the lastest driver verion 5.0.2.0 from Synway for CAHTA voice card. The problem did not solve.
I wonder where can I get the previous driver verion before 5.0.0.0

Shaman, is your problem solved yet?
I also has a problem using IVM but their support never reply my email even I purchased the "Gold" support service.

Dont pruchase the software from NCH. I purchased the IVM Enterprise License and the GOLD support maintenace service, the software has a lot of problem and their support never reply my email as if they don't exist.

IVM and CAHTA
in IVM
I have the same problem but I am making outbound call. IVM with CATHA voice card can only make outbound call for single line and their technical support never answer me back about this problem.
I am now trying to solve the problem myself. I wonder if it's the driver version problem of the CATHA card.
I will let you know if I can get this problem solved.

Hi, is there anyone using CAHTA voice card for IVM and has no problem with multi-line?
What driver version are you using for the CAHTA?
-
The trial should be fully functional as if you had a full license for the program during those two weeks. Anything that you can't get to work during the trial probably won't work with a license either. If you have found a bug, you should report it to NCH directly (this is just a user community/support forum)
I've told that the purchase license will support multi-line, and then I got the Enterprise license with "GOLD SUPPORT SERVICE" and it's still only can make outbound call with single line. I am sure my CAHTA voice card has no problem as I tested it with the CAHTA test software, every voice port can make outbound call to my cell phone.
The other thing that I am really really mad is their "GOLD SUPPORT SERVICE", their technical support never reply me back about my problem even I paid for this service. I advise anyone who are planning to purchase any software from NCH should think about it first. May be this is only my experience and I really hope their support team can reply my email asap even they can just telling me that they are following up my problem at the moment.

Is there anyone can help me? As I really want to buy this software, but how can I buy it when there is already a problem using the trail version.
Also, our company would like to be a reseller in China. Please help.

Hi, I am using SHT-8B/PCI Telephone Card on Windows XP, IVM version is 4.11 14 days trail.
I entered 2 telephone numbers on the dial out text area and there is always only the first tel number being dial out and the second number is never dial.
Is this because I am using the 14 days trail version? Will it be the same if I purchase the license?
I have tested my telephone card that every phone port are working well.
Thank you for any help.
By the way, I can get the SHT-8B/PCI Telephone Card at a very low price. If anyone interested, please let me know.

The problem seems can never be solved. Since the first topic posted in here is in August 08, and now is Janruary 09. Let's see when they can fix this.
Before that, I strongly recommend people DO NOT purchase any product from NCH.
