  1. Hi there, Don't know how much help i can be, but here goes... I have a Sipura 841 hardphone behind an NAT, which I'm assuming will be kind of similar in set up to the ATA you're using. I actually had trouble with the phone registering to engin WITHOUT the software - all good now. I think the main thing has to do with the login intervals and NAT settings. Try this... Make sure NAT Mapping enable = NO NAT Keep Alive = NO Register Expires = 900 Proxy Fallback Intvl = 3600 I have no problems making calls for as long as I like. I'm not staff, nor am I a techie, but I do know how frustrating these things can be and also how good they can be when you get them worked out. Good Luck! Hope this helps

    LOVE IT!

Hi Guys, Just wanted to say how much I love the software. A bit of background... I have my PC in my living room wirelessly connected to my router in the back of the house, to which I have my hardphone connected. It's not the ideal setup - the missus can't hear the phone ringing most of the time until it's too late. All I needed was a PBX package to allow the hardphone to ring in the back room and a sofphone to ring on my PC / PBX server in the lounge room - hardly enough to warrant a switch to linux, letalone a seperate dedicated IP-PBX server, which struck * off my list. After months of searching I came upon axon, and after a few teething problems (see my first thread) all is now working a treat. While at the moment I don't have a need for the Messages or IVR software - you can rest assured that if and when I do in the future I'll come looking here first. I've posted a thread on OzVoip.com singing your praises, and will tell anyone I speak to who's looking at getting into VoIP. Well done & keep up the good work!
  3. Seem to have it sorted now... Pls disregard :-)
  4. Hi Guys, I'm a newb to the whole VoIP PBX thing and I'm having awful trouble configuring my Sipura 841 to Axon. Both the server and my phone are connected to my Netgear wrg614 wireless router (the server wirelessly, the phone wired), which is then connected directly to my cable modem. I'm entering the settings as they appear in the Axon setup instructions, but I keep getting Not registered as my Registration status. Can someone who has successfully configured an 841 in a similar setup please help me out with how to configure the phone / server / router? Cheers!
